Snelting Femke
Femke Snelting is an artist and designer, developing projects at the intersection of design, feminism and free software. She is member of Constant, a Brussels based association for Art and Media. Femke co-initiated the design- and research team Open Source Publishing (OSP) and is currently coordinating the Libre Graphics Research Unit, a network of four European medialabs that investigates the many interrelations between tools and practice. In this context, she collaborates with Medialab Prado (Madrid) on the 2013 edition of Interactivos?: Tools for a Read-Write World.

Spehr Christoph
Christoph Spehr is a German political scientist and historian. He was the first scientist receiving the "Rosa-Luxemburg-prize" in the year 2000 for his essay "Gleicher als Andere - Eine Grundlegung der freien Kooperation", trying to answer the question, how social justice and political freedom can be connected. At last he published 1999 "Die Aliens sind unter uns - Herrschaft und Befreiung im demokratischen Zeitalter". There are presented two of his videos during this conference: "Time is on my side" and "Go on, you free pigs!"

Stalder Felix
lecturer in the Theory of the Media Society at the Zurich University of Arts. His work focusses on the intersection of cultural, political and technological dynamics. FUTURE NON STOP

...is a semantically connected content repository, which contains documents on 15 years of new practices in art and media.

Based on an extensive archive going back to 1994 the site collects materials that serve as important reference documents in the field of new media, politics, and art and makes them accessible to a wider public. Instead of a hierarchically structured archive an experimental navigation interface opens up new ways to explore large information nodes. Documents are associated by a range of tag that allow to filter relevance according to topics and issue relations. ASCR, short for Advanced Semantic Content Repository, is the open source information architecture and "editing back end" of Future Non Stop.
